PROJECT

BSPK, Bespoke Clienteling, is a fashion tech start-up based in San Francisco, California. The company offers a premiere clienteling app for salespeople.

BSPK already had a strong brand identity but its original Wix website design was hard to navigate, cluttered, and underutilized. Its website needed to serve different audiences: new and current members. 

 

I updated their visual identity and transformed their brand into something fresh and more aligned with their new business direction. I simplified the navigation bar to fit BSPK's main content types: Brands, Sales Advisors, Price & Planning, and Resources. I wrote new copies that utilized competitive SEO keywords and implemented CTAs for a more seamless customer experience.

To capture and convert new audiences, I created an effective demand generation and social media strategy with blog content that increased the website's online presence and engagement.
